Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

What do I need to do to prepare for my carpet cleaning appointment?

When our technicians arrive, we will do an initial walk-through with you to ensure what areas we will be cleaning for you, particular areas of concerns, and what furniture that you would liked cleaned underneath.

  • We are happy to move around any furniture within reason - excluding extremely heavy items, breakables, electronics, etc. Please talk with our technician about any items you might question.

  • We advise that any small items or breakables that might be at risk of falling be moved out or off of tables, cabinets, stands, etc.

  • After cleaning underneath furniture, we will place protective pads underneath to protect the cleaned carpet.

  • Before we start cleaning your carpet, we will pre-vacuum with commercial HEPA vacuums. This ensures you that we remove a majority of the dry soil before we clean. In the end, leaving your carpets as clean as they can be!

What do I need to do to prepare for my air duct cleaning appointment?

When our technician arrives, we will do an initial walk-through with you and making sure where each vent in your HVAC system is located (Supply side & return side)

  • We recommend that larger pieces of furniture that are blocking any vents on the floor, in the ceiling, or on the walls be moved out away from the vent to allow access to remove the vent cover.

  • We recommend, that any small items or breakables be removed from around the vents to avoid any accidents.

  • We recommend that there is a generous amount of access to set up our system where the furnace is located.

  • Once the air duct cleaning is finished, it's highly recommended that you have a new furnace filter on hand to use once completed.
